What buyers ask us for — and how we deliver
Most D2C founders come to us with a Pinterest mood board and a tech pack. We translate that into a paid counter-sample in 7–10 days domestically, 10–15 days couriered to US / UK / UAE / AUS via DHL or FedEx. Once you seal the pre-production sample, we lock fabric, decoration, labelling, and packaging — and start cutting. Average production cycle is 25–30 days for 1,000–10,000 piece runs, including a buffer for in-line and end-line AQL 2.5 inspection.
For overseas buyers, we file the LUT, issue the Certificate of Origin (FTA-eligible under India-UAE CEPA and India-Australia ECTA for duty savings), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. Stuffing is at ICD Dhandari Kalan or Ludhiana ICD, with the container moving to Mundra or Nhava Sheva for sea freight to LA / NY / Felixstowe / Hamburg / Jebel Ali / Sydney. Air freight via Delhi (DEL) is available for urgent restocks.

Our T-shirt production runs against OEKO-TEX Standard 100, EU REACH, and US CPSIA chemical limits. We source organic cotton from GOTS-certified Indian ginners for buyers who want the organic claim. We are scheduled to register on Sedex and undergo a 4-pillar SMETA audit in 2026 — and we welcome buyer-nominated SMETA, BSCI, or WRAP audits at our facility against a committed first order. AQL 2.5 inspection is standard; tighter AQL 1.5 available on request for premium D2C brands.

Frequently asked questions
Do you supply wholesalers and distributors as well as brands?
Yes. Alongside D2C labels we supply wholesalers, distributors, multi-brand retailers and garment traders — including plain, unbranded tees in neutral packing for buyers who resell or decorate downstream. Per-piece rates by quantity slab, packed to your size ratio (commonly S:M:L:XL at 1:2:2:1), with assorted colour lots, full GST invoicing and transport booked from Ludhiana. You do not need your own label to buy from us.
What GSM T-shirts can you manufacture?
We knit and source T-shirt fabric from 140 GSM (lightweight summer tees) up to 260 GSM (heavyweight oversized streetwear). The most popular tier for D2C brands is 180–200 GSM combed cotton — premium hand-feel, retains shape after wash, photographs well for ecom. Tell us your reference brand and we'll match GSM, fibre, and finish.
Can you manufacture organic cotton T-shirts and GOTS-certified products?
Yes. We source GOTS-certified organic cotton fabric from approved Indian ginners (the certification is on the fabric source, not on Vriddhi — Sedex / OEKO-TEX for our facility are scheduled in 2026). For buyers who need a formal GOTS scope certificate covering our facility, we can subcontract finishing through a GOTS-scoped partner with a documented chain of custody — discuss this upfront so we wire compliance in from day one.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom T-shirts?
For domestic India orders our MOQ is 500 pieces per design and colour combination. For export orders we drop the MOQ to 300 pieces per design / colour — well below the 1,000–2,000 MOQ most large Indian T-shirt exporters demand. That keeps a controlled first run accessible for a new style, while our best unit economics and priority scheduling come in at the 1,000–10,000-piece Growth tier most repeat brands settle into.
How long does it take to manufacture bulk T-shirts in India?
Sampling: 7–10 days domestic, 10–15 days couriered globally. Bulk production for 500–5,000 piece orders: 25–30 days from PP-sample approval and PO. Larger orders (10,000+): 35–45 days. Add 18–25 days ocean transit for export shipments (FOB Mundra to US/EU), or 5–7 days air freight. Total tech-pack-to-warehouse for sea freight is roughly 50–70 days; 35–50 days for air.
Do you offer printing and embroidery in-house?
Yes. Screen printing (water-based, plastisol, discharge), DTG, DTF, sublimation, embroidery (flat and 3D puff), and heat-press vinyl are all available in-house. All-over print (AOP) is available through a dedicated partner who works exclusively on our orders. We send a printed swatch for approval before bulk decoration begins.
Can you print to my Pantone colour spec exactly?
We match Pantone TPX (textile) and TCX colour codes within a Delta E of 2.5 — the standard tolerance for retail apparel. For premium D2C brands needing tighter tolerance (Delta E ≤ 1.5), we run a lab-dip approval cycle before bulk. Pantone match is more accurate on combed cotton than on poly-blends.
What payment terms do you accept?
Domestic: 50% advance + 50% before dispatch. Export: 30% Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) advance + 70% against scanned Bill of Lading copy, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight through a tier-1 nationalised Indian bank. Low-value sampling can be paid via PayPal or Wise. We do not ask for 100% advance — buyer protection is built in.
Do you sign NDAs and protect my private-label designs?
Yes. Mutual NDA and IP-protection agreement is signed before we review any tech pack, sketch, or artwork. Your designs are never reproduced for other clients. Samples and rejects are destroyed in your presence (or on video). Segregated production floors are available for buyers who require strict confidentiality.
