They are three different specifications and buyers routinely conflate them, which is how a tech pack ends up producing a garment nobody wanted. Boxy is a proportion: the body is widened relative to its length, so the garment reads close to square — often with the length shortened rather than the chest simply enlarged. Drop-shoulder is a seam placement: the shoulder seam is deliberately moved down the arm past the natural shoulder point, with a correspondingly deeper armhole. Oversized is overall scale: chest, length and sleeve all grown against a standard block. They combine independently — a cropped boxy tee is boxy without being oversized, and a longline oversized tee is oversized without being boxy. Yes. We supply oversized and drop-shoulder tees to wholesalers, multi-brand retailers and online sellers as well as to D2C labels, including plain blanks for buyers who print their own. Per-piece rates by quantity slab, packed to your size ratio, with assorted colours within a style. Oversized cuts run large by design, so we will confirm the measurement chart with you before bulk cutting.

Oversized has three flavours: (1) Boxy oversized — wider than long, body width is about equal to body length, gives the boxy streetwear look. (2) True oversized — 3–5cm wider than a regular tee at the chest, with intentional drop-shoulder (armhole 2–4cm below the natural shoulder point). (3) Longline oversized — wider AND longer than a regular tee, with a longer body for the streetwear longline aesthetic. GSM (grams per square metre) is the measure. Regular tees are 160–180 GSM. Heavyweight oversized tees use 220–260 GSM — that's ~40% more cotton per square metre. The fabric drapes more architecturally from the shoulder, holds decoration better, and survives more washes. Premium streetwear brands (Fear of God Essentials, Aimé Leon Dore) all use heavyweight cotton.

Yes — garment dye is one of our specialities. We construct the tee in PFD (Prepared For Dye) cotton first, then dye as a finished garment. The result has the soft, lived-in, vintage hand-feel that premium streetwear brands are known for. Pigment dye gives an even more sun-faded look. Both add 5–7 days to the production timeline.

Yes — all garment-finishing techniques are available. Acid wash gives the pale, blotchy fade look. Stone wash gives a softer, faded vintage feel. Tie-dye is available in custom colour combinations (we send a swatch for approval before bulk). Each adds 3–7 days to production. Discuss the finish upfront so we plan the workflow.

Yes. 3D puff print uses a foam underlay that raises the print 2–3mm above the fabric surface — the signature streetwear chest-logo look. Works best on solid-colour heavyweight cotton. We send a print-out for approval before bulk. Roughly 1.5–2× the cost of standard plastisol print per piece.

300 pieces per design / colour for export, 500 for domestic. For drop launches and capsule collections, this is intentionally low to let D2C streetwear brands test new graphics without overcommitting. Most large Indian manufacturers won't do oversized tees below 1,000 MOQ.

25–35 days from PP-sample approval and PO for 300–2,000 unit runs. Express 18–22 day track available for urgent drop launches. For parallel multi-region drops (US + EU + AUS landing same week), we coordinate split-shipment via air + sea freight so all regions receive within a 48-hour window.
