Scheduled Backwards From Your Date
You give us the event date; we work back through dispatch, packing, printing, production and sample approval and tell you the artwork deadline. If the date cannot be met we say so upfront rather than discovering it in week three.
Size-Run Planning
The classic event failure is running out of M and L while XXL sits in boxes. We advise a size curve based on your headcount and audience, and can hold a small buffer of the high-demand sizes for walk-ins and last-minute additions.
Full-Colour & Large-Format Printing
Sponsor logos, photographic artwork, gradients and oversized back graphics via DTG, DTF, sublimation and screen printing. Multi-sponsor layouts are handled as a single print pass so colours stay consistent across every placement.
Right Fabric for the Activity
A conference tee and a marathon tee are not the same garment. Combed cotton for indoor and photo-facing events; moisture-wicking dry-fit for runs, sports days and anything outdoors in Indian summer.

The two ways event t-shirts go wrong
Event tees fail in exactly two ways, and neither is about print quality. The first is the size curve. Teams order a flat split — equal numbers of S through XXL — and by mid-morning the M and L are gone while a stack of XXL and XS remains. For a typical Indian corporate audience the demand is heavily weighted to M and L, and the right curve depends on whether your audience skews engineering, sales, factory floor or mixed-family for a run. We plan that curve with you instead of splitting evenly and hoping.
The second is the wrong fabric for the activity. A 180 GSM combed cotton tee is excellent for an indoor conference and photographs beautifully. Put the same tee on 5,000 people running 10 km in Indian heat and it becomes heavy, soaked and unflattering in every finish-line photo. Runs, sports days and outdoor activations need moisture-wicking dry-fit. Choosing on unit price alone is what produces event photos nobody wants to publish.
Working backwards from an immovable date
Unlike retail production, an event tee that arrives late is worthless — there is no second window. So the schedule runs in reverse: your event date, minus 3–5 days of safety buffer, minus dispatch and transit, minus packing and sorting, minus printing, minus 25–30 days of manufacturing for typical volumes, minus sample approval, minus artwork sign-off. That arithmetic usually lands the artwork deadline 45–55 days before the event for a standard run.
If your event is closer than that, say so at the first conversation. There are real levers — simpler artwork, stocked base fabric, screen printing over DTG, air over surface transit — that can compress the timeline meaningfully. What does not work is discovering the gap late. We would rather decline a job we cannot land than deliver the day after your annual day.
Multi-location and multi-team events
For companies running the same event across several offices, the hard part is not manufacturing — it is distribution. We pack per location, per team or per size block and label cartons accordingly, so a Bengaluru HR lead opens one box for their floor rather than sorting through a pooled shipment. For multi-city roadshows we schedule wave deliveries timed to each city's date rather than shipping everything at once and asking someone to warehouse it.

Frequently asked questions
How early do I need to order event t-shirts?
For a standard run, artwork should be confirmed 45–55 days before the event. Working backwards: 25–30 days manufacturing, plus printing, packing, dispatch and a 3–5 day safety buffer, plus sample approval and artwork sign-off before any of that starts. Above 3,000 pieces, add another 10–15 days. If your event is sooner, tell us at the first conversation — express options exist but they narrow your fabric and print choices.
What size split should I order for a corporate event?
Do not split evenly — that is the most common mistake and it strands XS and XXL while M and L run out. Indian corporate audiences typically skew heavily to M and L, but the right curve depends on your audience: an engineering team, a sales floor, a factory workforce and a family-inclusive marathon all differ. Send us your headcount and audience profile and we will propose a curve, plus an optional buffer of high-demand sizes for walk-ins.
Cotton or dry-fit for our event?
Cotton (160–200 GSM combed) for indoor and photo-facing events — conferences, annual days, town halls. It looks and feels better in photographs. Dry-fit performance polyester for anything physically active or outdoors — marathons, sports days, outdoor activations — because cotton becomes heavy and soaked with sweat. If your event is outdoors in Indian summer, choose dry-fit even if the activity is light.
Can you print multiple sponsor logos on one t-shirt?
Yes — multi-sponsor layouts are routine for marathons, conferences and activations. We handle all placements in a single coordinated print pass so colours stay consistent across chest, back and sleeve positions. Send the sponsor artwork as vector files where possible; we will Pantone-match each brand's colours and send a printed swatch for approval before bulk.
What is the minimum order for event t-shirts?
100 pieces for small events such as offsites, hackathons and department workshops — full print options still apply at that tier. Most company events run 500–3,000. Mass-participation events like marathons and city runs run 3,000–20,000+, where we add wave-based delivery and per-venue cartons.

Can you add individual names or participant numbers?
Yes — individual name personalisation and participant numbering are both available. Personalisation adds roughly 3–5 days depending on volume, and needs the final name list locked before production. In practice, collecting names and sizes from participants is the slowest step in the whole project, so start that collection before you finalise artwork.
Do you supply event t-shirts outside India?
Yes. We are IEC-registered and ship to the USA, UK, EU, Middle East and Australia on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. For global company events we commonly manufacture one batch, dispatch the Indian portion pan-India and air-freight overseas portions so all locations receive before the same date.
