    Capabilities

What we deliver for every order

    Merch, Not Just Printed Blanks

Most 'merch companies' buy stock blanks and print them. We manufacture the garment — you choose GSM, fit, colour and trims — so your tee or hoodie holds up as a product people pay for and wear, not a giveaway that ends up as a dust rag.

    Every Print Technique In-House

Screen print, DTG, DTF, discharge, plastisol, water-based, all-over print, 3D puff, embroidery and woven labels — matched to the artwork rather than forced through one machine. We send a printed proof before bulk so the design lands right.

Built for Drops, Launches & Event Dates

Merch runs on immovable dates — a drop, a concert, a conference, an annual day. Low MOQ from 300 lets you test a design, and we schedule backwards from your launch or event date with a weekly tracker so stock is on the table when doors open, not the week after.

    Retail & Store-Ready

Folded, tagged, sized-sticker'd and individually polybagged, ready for your pop-up, retail shelf, Shopify fulfilment or a 3PL. We can also drop-ship individual orders during a launch so you are not packing boxes at midnight.

One Supplier for the Whole Line

Tees, hoodies, caps, totes and co-ord sets from one factory means one colour standard, one QC pass and one dispatch — instead of a print shop, a cap supplier and a packer who each blame the other when a launch slips.

    Your Designs Stay Yours

Mutual NDA before we see your artwork. Nothing is reproduced for anyone else, rejects are destroyed on video, and unreleased collab designs can run on a segregated line. AQL 2.5 inspection on every order.

Merch is a product, not a giveaway

The fastest way to kill a merch line is to treat it as a print job. A creator or brand builds an audience, launches merch, and the tees turn out to be thin, boxy blanks that shrink after one wash — because they were bought off a wholesaler's shelf and run through a print shop. The audience buys once, is disappointed, and never buys again. Good merch is the opposite: the garment itself is the thing people want, and the print is the reason they chose it.

Because we manufacture the garment rather than print onto someone else's blank, the fabric weight, the fit, the neck ribbing, the colour and the labelling are all yours to specify. That is the difference between merch that sits in a drawer and merch that becomes someone's favourite hoodie — and the difference between a one-off drop and an audience that buys every release.

    Who we make merch for

Creators and artists launching drops to a following — where fit and print quality get scrutinised in every unboxing video. D2C and lifestyle brands extending into branded apparel their customers actually wear in public. Events, festivals and communities selling merch on the day and online. Companies producing swag that employees and customers keep rather than bin. The common thread is that the merch carries the brand into the world, so it has to be good enough that people choose to wear it.

Event merch, where the date is the whole point

A large share of merch is made for a moment: a concert or tour, a music or cultural festival, a conference, summit or expo, a company annual day or offsite, a sports event, run or marathon, or a college fest. Event merch is unforgiving in a way store merch is not — if it is late, the moment has passed and there is no second chance to sell it. So we plan an event order backwards from the date first and everything else second: artwork lock, sample, bulk, finishing and dispatch all sit inside a weekly time-and-action tracker, with buffer built in and risk flagged early rather than on the morning of the show.

Because we manufacture in-house, an event line can span the whole range in one run — the tee everyone buys, a premium heavyweight hoodie for the top tier, caps and totes as high-margin add-ons — with one colour standard and one dispatch. We can deliver in bulk to the venue or organiser, split stock across multiple event cities, or drop-ship individual online orders during and after the event. For recurring events we keep the tech pack and artwork so next year's edition is a fast turnaround rather than a fresh setup. Note that our event merch is apparel and apparel accessories that we manufacture; we do not resell non-apparel event giveaways.

    A real alternative to print-on-demand

Print-on-demand is frictionless to start and brutal on margin and quality: you are locked to a catalogue of generic blanks, per-unit costs stay high forever, and you cannot control fabric, fit or finishing. Manufacturing your own merch flips that — a first drop from 300 pieces already beats POD on per-unit cost, and every reorder improves it, while you get a garment specified to your brand instead of a Bella+Canvas blank everyone else also uses. We hold your tech pack and artwork so restocks and new colours are a quick turnaround, not a fresh setup each time.

We are IEC-registered and ship worldwide, so a creator storing and selling in the US, UK or EU can have merch produced in India and dispatched FOB, CIF or DDP — or fulfilled pan-India for a domestic audience with GST-compliant invoicing.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Can wholesalers and promotional suppliers order merch in bulk?

Yes. Promotional-product suppliers, wholesalers and distributors order from us on per-piece rates by quantity slab, often as plain or neutral-packed stock they brand for their own clients. That is usually cheaper for them than buying decorated blanks from an importer, because we manufacture the garment rather than printing onto someone else's.

What is the minimum order to produce merchandise?

300 pieces per design and colour for a first drop, with the full print and finishing menu available even at that tier. Most creators and brands with a proven audience run 500–2,000 per design for the best per-piece pricing. Always-on stores and tour/licensed merch run 2,000–20,000+. For a multi-item drop the minimum applies per item, not across the whole set.

How is this better than print-on-demand (POD)?

POD is easy to start but locks you to generic catalogue blanks, keeps per-unit cost high forever, and gives you no control over fabric, fit or finishing. Manufacturing your own merch beats POD on per-unit cost from the very first 300-piece drop, improves with every reorder, and gives you a garment specified to your brand — GSM, fit, colour, trims and labels — instead of the same blank everyone else prints on. The trade-off is you hold stock; for any audience past the experiment stage the economics and quality favour manufacturing.

Do you make merch for creators, artists and bands, not just companies?

Yes — that is a core part of what we do. Creator drops, artist and band merch, festival and event merch, and community/brand merch all run through the same in-house manufacturing and printing. We sign an NDA before seeing your artwork, and unreleased or collab designs can run on a segregated line so nothing leaks before your launch.

Can you print photographic artwork and gradients, not just simple logos?

Yes. For detailed, photographic or gradient artwork we use DTG or DTF; for bold graphics and large runs, screen printing (water-based for a soft hand, plastisol for punch); plus discharge, all-over print, 3D puff and embroidery. We match the technique to the artwork rather than forcing everything through one machine, and send a printed proof for approval before bulk.

Do you make merch for concerts, festivals, conferences and other events?

Yes — event merch is a core use case. Concert and tour merch, music and cultural festivals, conferences, summits and expos, company annual days and offsites, sports events, runs and marathons, and college fests all run through the same in-house manufacturing. Because the event date is fixed, we schedule the whole order backwards from it with a weekly tracker and built-in buffer, deliver in bulk to the venue or split across event cities, and can drop-ship online orders during and after. Our event merch is apparel and apparel accessories we manufacture; we do not resell non-apparel giveaways.

Can you deliver merch retail-ready or drop-ship individual orders?

Both. We can fold, tag, add size stickers and individually polybag every piece so it is ready for a pop-up, retail shelf, Shopify fulfilment or a 3PL. During a launch we can also drop-ship individual customer orders so you are not packing boxes yourself. Tell us how you sell and we set packing up to match.

How fast can you turn around a merch drop?

Sampling is 7–10 days; bulk production is 25–30 days for tees and 30–40 for fleece from approved sample and PO. We schedule backwards from your launch date with a weekly tracker so stock lands before the campaign goes live. Express tracks are available for tight release dates — flag the date early and we plan the whole run around it.

Can you produce and ship merch for an overseas creator or brand?

Yes. We are IEC-registered and export to the USA, UK, EU, Middle East and Australia on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, so merch can be produced in India and shipped to your store or 3PL abroad. Domestic Indian creators and brands get GST-compliant invoicing and pan-India dispatch. A common pattern is one production run split so domestic and overseas stock arrive within the same week.

What apparel works best as merch?

A 180–200 GSM combed cotton tee is the workhorse — wide appeal, high actual wear rate, strong margin. A 220–260 GSM heavyweight tee reads as premium for drops that command a higher price. For hoodies, 320+ GSM fleece carries perceived value and sells at the top of a merch range. Caps and totes are high-margin add-ons that lift average order value. We will steer you away from a spec that looks good on a mockup but will not get worn.
