Corporate Gifting Manufacturer in IndiaWe Make the Gift, Not Just Source It
Vriddhi Enterprises is an apparel-first corporate gifting manufacturer in Ludhiana, India. Most gifting companies are resellers who buy stock and rebrand it. We manufacture the garment ourselves — so the fit, fabric weight, colour and branding are yours to specify, not whatever a catalogue happens to stock.
Festive and annual gifting (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) · Corporate event and conference tees · Client and employee appreciation gifts · Built for IT and tech companies, startups, manufacturing and logistics firms, banks, hospitals, universities, sports teams and event organisers · In-house branding, kitting and gift packaging · GST-compliant pan-India dispatch, including individual employee addresses · Export-capable for overseas offices.
What we deliver for every order
Manufacturer, Not Reseller
The apparel in your gift is made on our floor — you choose GSM, fit, colour and finish rather than picking from a reseller's fixed catalogue. That is why gift recipients actually wear it instead of leaving it in the box.
Branding Done Properly
Embroidery, screen print, DTG, puff print, woven labels and custom neck tapes. Pantone-matched to your brand palette, with a physical sample approved before bulk so the logo is right on the first run.
Apparel Gift Packaging
Every gift is boxed and finished in-house — rigid gift boxes, sleeves, tissue, ribbon and printed cards around the apparel we make. Multi-item apparel sets (e.g. tee + hoodie + tote) are assembled and packed as one gift, ready to hand over.
Individual Address Dispatch
For remote and hybrid teams we ship gift-by-gift to home addresses. Share a delivery sheet and we handle personalisation, packing and pan-India courier — you never touch a carton.
Deadline-Driven Scheduling
Gifting is a date, not a window — Diwali and year-end do not move. We schedule backwards from your distribution date with a weekly tracker, and flag risk early rather than on the day.
Consistent Repeat Programmes
Annual gifting must look identical year over year. We retain your tech pack, dye recipe and Pantone references so next year's batch matches this year's, and reserve fabric for committed repeat programmes.
The 2026 festive gifting calendar — and the dates that actually bind
Diwali falls on Sunday 8 November 2026. Working backwards from that, here is the honest timetable rather than a reassuring one.
A gifting run needs artwork approval, a pre-production sample, 25–30 days of manufacturing, then branding, kitting and dispatch. For a company-wide programme of 2,000+ pieces that means artwork signed off by mid-September to distribute comfortably before Diwali. For a department-sized run of 300–1,000 pieces, late September still works. Past the first week of October you are choosing from what can physically still be made, not from what you wanted — usually stock-shade fabric, simpler branding, and no gift-box kitting.
Christmas and year-end gifting run about six weeks behind Diwali, so the same programme confirmed in October lands comfortably for late December. New-Year and annual-day gifting in January is the easiest window of the three, because it sits after the festive rush clears our floor. If you are planning all three, book them as one annual programme — you get one artwork cycle, one rate, and fabric blocked once rather than three times at rising prices.
We also supply the gifting companies themselves
A large share of India's corporate gifting is sold by gifting agencies, promotional-product companies and merchandise platforms — businesses with a catalogue, a sales team and client relationships, but no factory. The apparel in those catalogues is made by manufacturers like us.
If you are one of those companies, we supply on a straightforward wholesale basis: per-piece rates by quantity slab, plain or neutral packing so you brand and present it as your own, standard size ratios, assorted colour lots, and full GST invoicing with LR transport from Ludhiana. We are happy to stay entirely behind the scenes — we do not approach your clients, and we will sign an NDA to that effect before you share a brief. For an agency currently buying decorated blanks from an importer or a trader, buying the garment directly from the unit that makes it is usually both cheaper and more controllable.
Why apparel gifting fails — and how a manufacturer fixes it
Most corporate gifting apparel ends up unworn. The reason is almost always the same: it was bought from a reseller's catalogue, so the fit is generic, the fabric is whatever was cheapest in stock, and the logo is oversized because the printer worked to their template rather than your brand guidelines. The company pays for 2,000 t-shirts and gets 2,000 pyjama tops.
Because we manufacture rather than resell, every one of those variables is a decision you make. You specify the GSM, so the tee feels substantial rather than papery. You specify the fit, so it works on a real range of body types. You specify logo size and placement, so the garment reads as branded rather than as a walking billboard. The practical test of a corporate gift is whether recipients wear it in month three — and that is decided by construction choices, not by the size of the gift box.
Plan backwards from the distribution date
The single most common gifting mistake is starting too late. Festive and event gifting has an immovable deadline, and the production chain behind a branded garment is longer than most buyers expect: design and artwork approval, a physical pre-production sample, bulk manufacture (25–30 days for typical volumes), branding, kitting and packing, then dispatch — which for individually addressed gifts adds a further 5–7 days across pan-India courier.
Work backwards and the practical rule is 45–60 days before distribution for orders up to about 10,000 pieces, and 60–75 days above that. For Diwali — which falls in November 2026 — that means confirming artwork in August or September. Buyers who start in October are choosing from whatever can still be delivered, not from what they actually wanted.
One supplier from garment to doorstep
Apparel gifting usually involves at least three vendors: someone who supplies the garment, someone who brands it, and someone who packs and ships it. Every handoff is a place where colour drifts, sizes go missing, or a deadline slips with nobody accountable. We run all three in-house — manufacturing, branding and gift-boxing — and dispatch either to your office in bulk or gift-by-gift to individual employee addresses. We are apparel-only, so we do not resell mugs, pens or confectionery; if you want a mixed hamper we supply the branded garment component and you add the rest.

Frequently asked questions
When is the last date to order corporate gifting for Diwali 2026?
Diwali 2026 falls on Sunday 8 November. For a company-wide programme of 2,000+ pieces, artwork should be signed off by mid-September. For a department-sized run of 300–1,000 pieces, late September still works. Past the first week of October you are choosing from what can still physically be made — stock-shade fabric, simpler branding, no gift-box kitting — rather than what you actually wanted. Christmas and year-end gifting runs about six weeks behind, so October confirmation lands fine for late December.
Do you supply corporate gifting companies and promotional product agencies?
Yes, and it is a significant part of this business. Gifting agencies, promotional-product companies and merchandise platforms have catalogues, sales teams and client relationships but no factory — the apparel is made by manufacturers like us. We supply on wholesale terms: per-piece rates by quantity slab, plain or neutral packing so you present it as your own, standard size ratios, assorted colour lots, GST invoicing and LR transport. We stay behind the scenes, do not approach your clients, and will sign an NDA before you share a brief.
Can you make varsity jackets, lowers and track pants for gifting, not just t-shirts?
Yes. Beyond promotional tees and polos we make hoodies and zipper hoodies, quarter-zips, crew and high-neck sweatshirts, varsity and bomber jackets, fleece jackets, windcheaters, and lowers, track pants and joggers — including co-ord tracksuit sets, which have become a popular single-gift option because they photograph well and get worn. All in-house, all to your GSM, fit, colour and branding rather than picked from a reseller's catalogue.
Why buy from a manufacturer rather than a corporate gifting company?
A gifting company gives you range — apparel alongside drinkware, hampers and electronics — from a catalogue at low minimums, which is genuinely the right answer if you want fifty mixed items. A manufacturer gives you the garment itself: you specify GSM, fit, fabric, trims, labels and packaging rather than accepting whatever is in stock, and the unit cost is lower because there is no reseller margin. The 2026 shift toward gifts recipients actually keep and wear favours the manufacturer route — but if you need mugs and sweets in the same box, use a gifting company and let them buy the apparel from us.
How far in advance should I place a corporate gifting order?
Plan 45–60 days before your distribution date for orders up to ~10,000 pieces, and 60–75 days above that. That covers artwork approval, a pre-production sample, 25–30 days of manufacturing, branding, kitting and dispatch. For Diwali (November 2026), confirm artwork in August or September — October starts limit you to whatever can still be produced in time.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?
Curated client or leadership gifting starts at 100–500 pieces with full branding and premium packaging. Most corporate programmes run 500–2,000 pieces, which is where unit economics and customisation balance best. Company-wide rollouts run 2,000–20,000+. For multi-item gift sets the minimum applies per item, not per set.
Can you ship gifts directly to individual employee addresses?
Yes. For remote and hybrid teams we dispatch gift-by-gift rather than in bulk. Send a delivery sheet with names, sizes and addresses and we handle personalisation, individual packing and pan-India courier. Allow an extra 5–7 days versus a single bulk delivery, and note that size collection from employees is usually the slowest step — start it early.
How do you make sure the branding matches our brand guidelines?
We Pantone-match to your brand palette (TPX/TCX for textile) and send a physical pre-production sample for sign-off before bulk. Share your brand guidelines and we will follow specified logo size, placement and clear-space rules rather than defaulting to a printer's template. Embroidery gets a stitch-out for approval; prints get a printed swatch.
Do you supply non-apparel gift items like mugs, pens or sweets?
No — we are an apparel-only manufacturer. Everything we produce for gifting is a garment: tees, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, caps and tote bags, gift-boxed and branded. We do not resell drinkware, stationery or confectionery. If you want a mixed hamper, we supply the branded apparel component to your specification and you or your hamper vendor add the rest — many clients prefer this because the garment is the part that actually gets kept and worn.
Will next year's gifting batch match this year's?
Yes, and this is a real risk with reseller-sourced gifting where stock changes between seasons. We retain your tech pack, dye recipe and Pantone references, so a repeat programme reproduces the same garment. For committed annual programmes we can reserve fabric from the same lot to eliminate batch-to-batch colour drift entirely.
Do you handle corporate gifting for overseas offices?
Yes. We are IEC-registered and export to the USA, UK, EU, Middle East and Australia on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. A common pattern is manufacturing one batch, dispatching the Indian portion pan-India and air-freighting the overseas portion so all offices receive within the same week.
What apparel works best as a corporate gift?
For broad employee gifting, a 180–200 GSM combed cotton tee or a 200 GSM pique polo has the widest appeal and the highest actual wear rate. For leadership and client gifting, a 320+ GSM hoodie or a bomber jacket carries more perceived value. For events, a lighter dry-fit tee is better if attendees will be active. We will recommend against a spec that looks good on paper but will not get worn.
