What we deliver for every order
The Full Streetwear Wardrobe
Oversized and drop-shoulder tees, heavyweight hoodies, boxy sweatshirts, joggers, shorts, varsity jackets, bombers — one factory for the entire drop, one QC standard, one dispatch.
Streetwear Decoration Vocabulary
3D puff print and puff embroidery, chenille patches, acid wash, stone wash, garment/pigment dye, distressed finishing, all-over print, oversized back graphics — the finishes streetwear customers pay premium for.
Drop-Launch Logistics
Parallel multi-region dispatch: one production run split across air and sea freight so US, EU, and AUS drops land within the same 48-hour window. Numbered packaging and limited-run labelling supported.
Capsule-Speed Production
25–35 days from PP-sample approval for tees, 30–40 for fleece. Express tracks for hyped release dates. Weekly TNA tracker so your launch marketing and production stay in sync.
Streetwear-Calibrated QC
Enthusiast buyers zoom into every product shot. We QC the details they check: drop-shoulder placement, boxy proportions, neck-binding, garment-dye consistency, print hand-feel. AQL 2.5 standard.
Export-Ready for Global Drops
IEC-registered. FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva, CIF, or DDP to USA, UK, EU, UAE, Australia. NDA + IP protection signed before we see your designs — collabs and unreleased graphics stay confidential.
Why streetwear brands need a different kind of manufacturer
Streetwear is not "casual wear with a logo." The category has its own construction language — intentionally oversized pattern blocks (not scaled-up regular fits), heavyweight fabrics that drape architecturally (220+ GSM tees, 380+ GSM fleece), and finishing techniques that signal premium (garment dye, acid wash, puff print, chenille). A factory that mostly runs corporate polos will get every one of those details subtly wrong, and streetwear customers — who zoom into every product photo and compare against reference brands — will notice.
Vriddhi Enterprises runs dedicated streetwear pattern blocks across boxy, true-oversized, and longline silhouettes, benchmarked against the brands your customers already own. Send us a reference garment and we will match the GSM, fabric hand, silhouette, and finish — or tell you honestly what is achievable at your target price and propose the closest spec.
Built around the drop model
Streetwear brands do not run continuous replenishment — they run drops: limited quantities, fixed release dates, global audiences. That changes what you need from a manufacturer. Our MOQ starts at 300 pieces per design so a capsule of 4–5 designs stays financeable for an independent brand. Production is scheduled backwards from your release date with a weekly TNA tracker, so your launch marketing and manufacturing stay in sync. And for global release days, we split one production run across air and sea freight so US, EU, and Australian customers all receive stock within the same 48-hour window — no region gets the drop late.
Confidentiality is part of the drop model too. Unreleased graphics and collab designs are covered by a mutual NDA before we open your tech pack, rejects are destroyed on video, and segregated production floors are available for high-profile releases.
From Ludhiana to your customer's door
Ludhiana gives streetwear brands a structural advantage: India's densest knitwear cluster puts heavyweight cotton, fleece brushing, garment-dye houses, and embroidery units within a 15 km radius of our facility. That is why we can run a 300-piece acid-washed heavyweight tee drop at a price that makes sense — the same run quoted from a generalist export house (MOQ 1,000+, outsourced washing) rarely pencils out. We are IEC-registered and ship FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva, CIF, or DDP to the USA, UK, EU, UAE, and Australia, with the full export document set handled in-house.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for a streetwear drop?
300 pieces per design / colour combination. A typical first capsule of 4 designs at 300 pieces each is a 1,200-piece order — small enough to finance independently, large enough for real unit economics. Most Indian manufacturers quote 1,000+ MOQ per design, which forces new brands to over-order; our lower MOQ exists specifically for the drop model.
Can you match the quality of established streetwear reference brands?
Send us the reference garment (or detailed photos with measurements) and we'll reverse-engineer the pattern block, GSM, fabric hand, and finish. We give you an honest assessment of what's achievable at your target price — if a 450 GSM garment-dyed hoodie at your budget isn't realistic, we'll say so and propose the closest achievable spec rather than shipping a disappointment.
Do you handle acid wash, garment dye, and vintage finishes?
Yes — acid wash, stone wash, snow wash, enzyme wash, garment dye, and pigment dye are core to our streetwear production. Garment-dyed pieces are constructed first in PFD (prepared-for-dye) cotton, then dyed as finished garments for the lived-in fade streetwear customers want. Wash and dye samples are approved by you before bulk. These finishes add 5–7 days to production.
Can you produce a full co-ord drop — tees, hoodies, joggers — in one order?
Yes, and this is exactly what we're set up for. One factory produces the entire drop (tees, hoodies, sweats, joggers, shorts, even varsity jackets), so colours match across pieces, QC is one standard, and everything dispatches together. Dye lots are shared across the co-ord so your matching sets actually match.
How do you handle global drop launches across time zones?
We split one production run across air and sea freight, scheduled so US, EU, and Australian stock all lands within the same 48-hour window. Air freight covers the region with the tightest timeline; sea covers regions with more lead time. You get one production invoice and one QC report, with region-wise packing lists.
How do you protect unreleased designs and collabs?
Mutual NDA signed before we open your tech pack. Your graphics are never shown to other clients, samples and rejects are destroyed on video, and segregated production floors are available for high-profile or collab releases. IP protection is standard practice for us, not an add-on.
What's the production timeline for a streetwear capsule?
Sampling: 7–15 days depending on complexity and courier destination. Bulk: 25–35 days for tees, 30–40 days for fleece, from PP-sample approval. Add wash/dye time (5–7 days) for treated garments. For export, add 18–25 days sea transit or 5–7 days air. We schedule backwards from your release date and share a weekly TNA tracker.
Do you also make caps, beanies, and accessories for drops?
Yes — caps (embroidered, snapback, dad-cap styles), beanies, tote bags, and socks are available as add-on merch lines through vetted partner units, QC'd and dispatched together with your main apparel order. One drop, one shipment.
