That creates a problem specific to festive gifting: every company in the country is ordering into the same few weeks, so manufacturing capacity, packaging supply and courier networks all hit peak load simultaneously. A timeline that is comfortable in June becomes impossible in October — not because the work takes longer, but because everyone wants it at once.
The realistic schedule runs backwards from your distribution date: individual home dispatch (5–7 days, longer at festive courier peak), gift-boxing and packing, branding, 25–30 days of manufacturing for typical volumes, a pre-production sample, and artwork sign-off before any of it starts. When is Diwali 2026 and when must I order gifting apparel by?
Diwali 2026 falls on Sunday 8 November. For a company-wide apparel programme of 2,000+ pieces, sign off artwork by mid-September. For 300–1,000 pieces, late September still works. After the first week of October you are limited to stock-shade fabric, simpler branding and no gift-box kitting. Christmas gifting runs about six weeks behind Diwali, so an October confirmation is comfortable for late December, and January annual-day gifting is the easiest window of all.
What festive gifting apparel do you make besides t-shirts?
Hoodies and zipper hoodies, quarter-zips, crew and high-neck sweatshirts, varsity and bomber jackets, fleece jackets, windcheaters, and lowers, track pants and joggers — plus co-ord tracksuit sets, which work well as a single festive gift because they photograph nicely and actually get worn. Winter-weight apparel suits Diwali and Christmas gifting in North India particularly well, and we are a Ludhiana fleece manufacturer, so that is our core season anyway.
When should I place my Diwali corporate gifting order?
Confirm artwork by August or early September for a November Diwali. Festive gifting is uniquely time-pressured because every company orders into the same window, so manufacturing, packaging and courier networks all peak together. Do you supply the full hamper including sweets and other items, or apparel only?
Apparel only. We manufacture the branded garment and finish it as a complete gift — rigid gift box, sleeve, tissue, ribbon and printed greeting card around the clothing we make. We do not resell sweets, drinkware, diyas or other merchandise. If you want a mixed hamper, we supply the branded apparel component to spec and you or your hamper vendor add the rest; most clients find the garment is the part recipients actually keep.
What apparel works best for festive corporate gifts?
For Diwali (November), a 200 GSM combed cotton tee or a premium pique polo has broad appeal and high wear rate. Can you deliver festive gifts to our overseas offices?
Yes. We are IEC-registered and export to the USA, UK, EU, Middle East and Australia on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
